This episode is for the women who don’t struggle with laziness… they struggle with extremes.

The ones who overtrain.

Under-eat.

Track every gram.

Spiral when the plan changes.

Call it “discipline” — but deep down know it feels like bondage.

If anyone understands extremes, it’s me.

I was diagnosed with severe OCD at 7 years old. I counted everything — steps, chews, toothbrush strokes, the direction I turned. I believed if I could control enough, I could feel safe. That mindset didn’t disappear when I grew up. It just disguised itself as “health,” “fitness,” and “discipline.”

In this episode, I share my testimony — how control became my comfort, how extremes became my identity, and how God slowly showed me that obsession is not obedience… and discipline without peace is not freedom.

The enemy doesn’t just tempt us with laziness.

Sometimes he tempts us with intensity.

God is not calling you to white-knuckle your way into holiness or health. He’s calling you into freedom.

If your “healthy lifestyle” feels like a prison… this one is for you.
